Whether he is trudging through snow in dress shoes, peeking into crawl spaces, or putting up with foul odors, he delivers incredible care for his client by being a man of action, ensuring that you never miss out on an opportunity. He willingly takes all of the legwork off of your shoulders with his willingness to coordinate between multiple involved parties on your behalf, with the buyer barely needing to lift a finger. He has a particular finesse when it comes to clauses; Mr. Garrett was able to secure quite the spread of additional benefits for myself from the seller without having to forfeit anything in return. At the end of the day, while being an agent is a paid career, it is obvious that Craig truly enjoys providing quality service to a happy customer. The entirety of the browsing and purchasing experience was an absolute pleasure thanks to this absolute professional. He helped out with any issue that came about, has the perfect team behind him for support. Very polite and caring. Listens to your needs, I was moving out of state on a timeline, and everything was completed on time with my schedule. Always checking in with you to make sure you are doing well through the process.
